this is the call back number for the WA state patrols dispatch. when you call and IT does not go through OR something like that, then this is the number that shows up when they try and call you back.

A woman with A heavy Indian accent called and said she was with Global vacations. She proceeded to Tell ME that I won A free Cruise. I told her I was not interested and I ended the call. Probably got my number from items I listed ON Grisliest.

This is Com cast Cable. When I answer the call, No one is there. SO I put them ON call block ON my phone. They call IT rings once and they hear A busy signal. However, the number calls back 4 times after I AM thinking about cancelling my Com cast account because of this
