Yes its Japan, but they called ME because I signed up ON volunteer match.net with one of their volunteer organizations, SO IT was not A solicitation call.

They are A fake collection company calling themselves global services OR global service group. Dint give them money and Tell them they have wrong number. If they dint stop calling call the number using 63 they wont know WHO is calling and you Can with them. Its pretty amusing
